[749] Walljump Tower

    (This is to show the basic idea, obviously building on the tower more would be a good idea.)


    As I'm sure most of you know, you can walljump by pressing up against a wall. By spamming up while between two walls that are 2-3 blocks apart (or more, but you need a bit of left and right action for that), you can ascend while walljumping back and forth between them.

    By adding the trap blocks it makes it only possible for your team to walljump up, and having the extra trap block on door level makes it easier to walljump into the door.

    It also appears that walljumping with 3 spaces between the walls is fastest.

    ive made something similar but not with trap blocks, instead i made a notch jump under it so only your team could walljump

    Faster to get up and cheaper. Wall jumping is kind of unreliable at the moment too.

    Probably, although one benefit of the walljump way is the opposite team can't shoot through trap bridges which aren't triggered, allowing you to get up without being shot.

    Now all the ppl who dont know how to wall jump will be instantly gang-raped! Beware! :skull:

    BTW its cool, only need to make a pit right side of the tower, so when enemies wall-jump, they will pass the wall and fall into the trap.

    Yeah, great design, traps would make it better, and unfortunately, I would be gang-raped, since I absolutely suck at wall-jumping.

    Is it? I have been using 2 spaces and it seems pretty quick....Going to test this (Even though your probably right)

    edit: tested. 3 spaces is ALOT faster.
