KAG Support for Buying the game

    Hia. I bought the King Arthur's Gold game by going to a shop where this guy uses his Paypal to buy stuff online.
    I logged in my KAG account there and clicked on buy. And he used his own E-mail account to log in his Paypal.
    So I didn't really think this through properly.. But when he bought it for me, I think the redeem code was sent to his Paypal Email. I know I could trust him because I've donated to a server. But just wondering if anyone could help me do this? I don't want to ask him to check his E-mail for me because its the same E-mail he uses to run his shop. I was trying to get in contact with the KAG team about this issue but I can't seem to get my feedback. If any moderator in charge of this or some sort of admin, will you please help send the redeem code to my KAG account? My user name Is already given (JonnieL) I hope someone can read this c: Please help me x( xD thanks.
    P.S i'm from Hong Kong btw. So it's hard to send money worldwide xD especially when you don't have a credit card or Paypal lol Thanks

    You should contact him, we can't give you the code as he paid for it, not you. And there is no way for us to know that code belongs to you.

    You dont understnad...
    I BOUGHT the code but i forgot to get it from him
    I gave him the money to pay it by Paypal
    So It actualy belongs to me sorry if you didnt really understand me. Im from Hong Kong so I try to explane good :)

    I gave him 100 hkd to pay by paypal for the game.
    He might have deleted the email so he might not have it anymore
    He deletes everything everyday to keep his buisness clean.
