The trailer is awesome. I fear the hardware requirements though...

 

I can't wait for Skyrim. Oblivion was... ergh... "Poopy" but from what i saw in trailers and gameplays of Skyrim, it will be good ol' Elder Scrolls game, not a fairy tale.

I just hope that i can play this on my current PC.

You should try Nehrim (german oblivion mod), I just finished it and it is awesome.

 

My friend got his copy today, the lucky sod. Shame im skint and have had no money, didnt even get oblivion... I'll just go play through morrowind while i attempt to get the money for Skyrim *sigh*.

 

I pre-ordered it on steam and pre-loaded it now all i need to do is wait till 12 midnight.6 hours left nothing to do but play KAG till then.Lets see if i like Skyrim better.I still cant believe people are getting it before others/feels left out.

 

Same here, I am waiting amazon dispatch! The game got really good reviews, I am hurry to test it!

 

I just tried it with the illegal way to test how it would run on my laptop. Sorry bethseda but i'm not buying a game if i'm not sure it will run fine on my pc!
And it went fine! I have a Core 2 Duo 2.13ghz, 4gb ram and an nvidia gt 240m with windows 7 pro 64bit! Ok the framerate is not really 60fps, but it's playable and it looks good enough to buy it. I'm giggling like a schoolgirl now. Combat feels soooooo better than in oblivion, there are a lot of cool phsycs effects and menus are easier to use....

I just bought it on steam and i'm (re)downloading it! xD

 

Good to hear coz my laptop is not a new one and I was sceptish about the fps

 

Ye i was worried too with my laptop but have graphics on high it no lag except for a second when i quick save.Great game the first dragon is to easy though the Drauger Lord is harder and the ice wolf is harder and so is the ice troll.I could only kill the ice troll when a walkpath bug that he couldnt get around a rock.I had full superior steel armor too and it 2 hit kills me.

 

Ultra settings are nice
Gonna have to find some .ini additions so I can make everything even better!
