KAG Purchase not gone through ?

    I used the mobile transaction method to purchase the game, i have not recieved an email yet with the code to redeem my premium account, Also i don't know if this means anything, but after the transaction was verified once i had been billed, the browser attempted to load a page afterwards but came up with a message of "Error cannot reach page" and no matter how many times i refreshed it did not work.


    Any help ? i've emailed the suppourt team and hope i hear from them.

    I've been waiting for almost over 10 hours now.

    I emailed the letter to support@thd.vg Is that the correct email ? I have also used the "Contact" page on tha main site, I only did this recently however, I hope i'm not swamping you guys, but i'm just rather worried that i've just wasted €10.


    I've also been consistently checking my Spam folder but to no avail.

    Update: I recieved the Key through the help from the Support team ! Thank you all so much for the fast and amazinf response !!! THis topic can be locked and archived now.
