Chat Persists When Cancelled

    Operating system: Windows (but I assume it's the same for every platform)
    Build number: 939
    Description: The text entered in the chat window persists even after cancelling the chat window and reopening later.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open chat (team or global)
    2. Enter a message
    3. Instead of sending the message, close the chat window
    4. Reopen the chat window to type a new message
    5. Find that you're appending your new message onto the old message
    I'm not sure if this is by design or not but it seems contrary to the typical convention in other games. I've been tripped up by it a few times.
