This must be simple, but... (Can't start client)

I can't start the client. I think it's the video card...
Actually, I can hear the trumpets and the game starts, but the window content is transparent...

 

what you using to run also are you running your computer on safe mode or do u have windows 7 or windows Xp or other?

 

Windows 7. No safe mode.
I always played KAG in Windows 7 without any problem.

 

Ok this sounds strange i have an idea for you , Try deleting the KAG folder that's in your program files on my computer
or goto control panel and delete it there. Then re-download the file , Hope this helps i will try to help you the best i can so good luck

[Edit] I see in your CMD error on Kag , It looks like that a folder called sprites bank
has been deleted , So i would try re-downloading it after deleting the folder on program files
hope this helps if not search KAG on start menu

• Pls add "system.txt" and the latest "console-XX.txt" from the "Logs"-folder to your next post.
• Any security software running in background? If yes, disable it/them temporary.
• Download Speccy and post your system profile.
