Hey, I couldn't find the MFs TTH server in the directory area (I think it's the Australian server, so not sure - admins please forgive me for posting this in the wrong area), so I'm just going to write an appeal/gripe here.

I keep getting banned from there for no reason. I think one of the admins doesn't like me, or someone accused me of griefing, or something. I have superb ping with them so I don't think it's a pingban.

I think the first time it was because of language, but as I said - there's no server directory so I didn't know the rules. The second time I was banned for wanting an actual griefer to get kicked. I was vocal about it and I guess they didn't like me rocking the boat. Quite a typical Australian attitude - us Kiwis share it so we know it well.

Anyway, I'd just like an explanation. It would also be nice if I could repeal the incessant bans. Not sure why you'd have a gripe with me - I don't cheat, hack, or grief. Anybody else experience ban-happy servers? It's really rude when you get banned from the only server that has decent ping due to living on an island with crappy internet.

    Thanks.

On a side note (actually more important) I think the ban/kick system would be improved if you were given a reason upon disconnection. Being greeted with the disconnected screen is quite abrupt, and makes us confused for when we want to talk to admins and ask why.

Yeah, makes sense. I like how we're able to suggest improvements/balances to the game here :)

A thought occurred to me about a half hour after I started this thread: what if the server gets a lot of traffic and you get booted for playing on there for too long? It would make sense, from a traffic management and fair-play perspective.

Still, a message would be nice. I keep feeling like they just don't like me on that server :P

There is no such function implemented in the vanilla game. The only "autoboot" there is, is the pingkick/-ban system.

//EDIT: I actually checked the server browser for the server you've mentioned, it doesn't seem to be online. I would've checked who's admin there, but that's not possible since the server's not online.
