Full Version Problem

I purchased the full version pre order when it first came out, and even on desura it says "King Arthur's Gold Full", Yet i cannot customize my guy because it say's i do not have the full version. Any idea on what's up?

More information:

I have the linux version from Desura. I purchased it after the last update (where they added workshops). I re-verified all the files this morning, but I am unable to customize my character even after logging in on the client. I've only played a couple times, and don't actually know if the game has ever considered me to be a full player.

Also, I redeemed my activation on the website for this account.

To verify, it isn't a problem with the Desura version, downloading the version from the kag2d website yields the same issue.

 

I too am having this problem. It's especially disheartening because I've payed money for this and it doesn't seem to acknowledge it as such.

 

I've found the solution, I believe. While the head-change doesn't seem to work in the main menu, pressing backspace in-game brings up the head changer menu perfectly fine.

 

Yea, but it still says you need the full version to change them.

 

Have you activated the code you got when you bought the game?

 

Yeah, you have to activate the gift code you were given on the website.

 

Thank you, All i had to do was right click King Arthurs Gold on Desura and hit "View Cd Key" and then copy and paste that into the redeem gift code on the website.
