Remove slipping off blocks

    It's the most annoying thing ever and doesn't make sense since you can't slip off of a surface that is horizontal unless you already have momentum. Please remove this feature, so many times I have fell off a tower into 50 knights.

    The reason players slip off blocks is because player hitboxes are actually circles. Removing slipping would probably mean removing circular hitboxes, which would break a lot of things.

    Also, it's fun to slip off of the forward tower and get stuck between a Stone and a Red Wall.
    If it's tall enough, you could get enough momentum to get launched backwards, to instantly gib on anything.

    But I agree with the other people here. It is logical, and it works. It has SOME, aka 1.47, uses, and, even if they aren't practical, they are somewhat used, I guess..

    ffs there's no good way to do it because box2d simulates fucking physics. Physics doesn't allow standing on an edge with your center of mass outside the edge. A runners hitbox is a near-circular shape (actually it's 8 vertices) and he slips off. You would either need to make his legs flat (which is fucking absurd because you would get stopped by random shit that you shouldn't even be colliding with) or make him idk, 9001.0f friction (which would also suck).

    also I don't remember myself fucking slipping off an edge
