In terms of random facts did you know that anterior shoulder dislocations are the most common shoulder dislocations (95%). They happen when the shoulder is externally rotated and abducted ( you can get hit the wrong way while trying to catch a ball - rugby, etc). Furthermore! Along with the dislocation you can suffer from a Hill-sachs lesion, which is an indentation in the posterolateral portion of the head of the humerus (due to it hitting the glenoid labrum) and also a Bankart lesion. A bankart lesion being an actual tear of the inferior glenoid labrum due to the force of the humerus smashing against it

Tomorrow night (for me) at about 15:00/3:00 PM GMT I will be giving away the final 5 premium codes for the giveaway and 3 risk of rain codes provided by Furai. So post here or come talk to me on IRC for a while for a chance to win one of these prizes.

Don't feel bad if you haven't won anything yet. There will be another giveaway early December for Christmas so keep an eye on what I post around that time. This post will be updated with the list of winners some time during the week.
