    KAG/Base/Maps - then you have maps already done, which you can use as a pallete.
    - If you want to edit them or create a new one, you should download a programme such as Paint.NET.
    - To load them in game you must paste the map you want in the Maps folder (KAG/Base/maps), press Home in Sandbox or Deathmatch for example and type the command:
    /loadbitmap mapname

    You can also use this pallete by @Ghozt, which i find very handy for Classic maps.

    That is a mod or 'resource' for Beta (King Arthur's Gold Full) only. I'm not quite sure what the steps are on running it on a server. I think @kaizokuroof isn't hosting a server (with that mod) at the moment.

    You can place your map file where ever you want, however, I suggest you place them (your map files) in KAG/Mods/KODv0.4/Maps/

    Then you need to tell the rules to load your maps, so you edit: KAG/Mods/KODv0.4/Rules/KOD/mapcycle.cfg to have your maps in it.

    I've also attached a pallete so you can make your own maps
