How can i see every single hat in the game?

Earlier today i played against somebody who had an Indian chieftain looking hat on, and was told this was a donor item. I was curious how many more hats are there that aren't available from the default selection and if there was a way i can see how they look, thanks.

 

Also if you want to get the head, you must donate $200 (I think)

Theres a mod for some servers called Blowjob made by @Skinney which you can make you have your own head. Just submit it.

 

Maybe ill donate 200$, and than i have a head with a crown on it :)

 

maybe @Gurin ? he donated, if you donate you get a custom head of your choice.
