Admin abuse

Hey there, so i just connected on the server [EU] Amsterdam KAG Arena, and a player say that he recognise me and that i was a massive griefer( his name is blackjoker77777), i did grief for a party some weeks ago but i never did that again since i've been banned on all servers for some days.

So the admin ( his name is R0ber7 ) comes and say : i dont really like this guy ( he was talking about me ) the match start so i begin building some stuff etc, and i got instantly banned from the server just because the guy dont like me. I was with a friend there and he can agree that i didn't do anything wrong. So i'm here to report the admin of this server, he is abusing of his rights and banned me just for fun, my friend asked him why he banned me and he said that it was a "ping" ban, meanwhile i'm here with my perfect stable internet connection ( i'm running optical fiber so yeah, so obvious my ping is that bad )

Anyway, this guy think he's the king of the server and can do everything he want, he is so ridiculous, i bet it's just a kid who feel so powerfull to be able to kick people.

Anyway, be carefull when you join this server, the admin is just a massive prick who abuse of his right.

 

Also, my friend who is still on the server is telling me that this guys were saying that i left the server by myslef which is totally wrong since i got banned from them.. so they'r also compulsives liers. They just try to act like they'r good people, but they'r just a bunch a kids abusing their rights. Such a shame to play with such players who don't even assume that they are jerks.

 

So you'r telling me that you are free to act like a total jerk if you'r admin of a private server ? that's a really positive point for this community, so every douche bag can do shit on their server ?
I don't have any ping issue, im running optical fiber i never had any ping issue and i never will i can guaranty it. ( downloading at likes 10 mo/s so yeah.. )
And by the way i'm just here to warn people that was thinking of going play on this server so they know that they'r playing with frustrated kiddos.
Nope i can't join the server anymore since i have been ban from it in a totally unlegit way.

Yeah, seems fair in a way but whatever :) meanwhile i'm writing this i see some people building nazi signs... global admin should have an eyes on private server cause some weird stuff are happening in my opinion. anyway thanks for your replies.

 

Guards (global admins) do respond, if you notify them via the IRC channel. As for swastikas, I don't think there is anything you can do besides ignoring it. People have a freedom of expression and as long as it's not obstructive, I believe it is within rules.

 

Just so you know, it is @r0ber7 's server. In a private server, people have free right to ban who they like and do whatever they want. If you think someone is being a cunt in a server, just don't go there, tell your KAG buddies not to go there and make the server look bad - then they'll stop. Though, I don't see Rober as a shitty admin, doubt he'd just ban you.

good. All these people posting trying to help the guy but a "troll" has to be the one to notify the accused person.
anyway while im here @FuzzyBlueBaron if I remember correctly you have a problem with people insulting specific people on the forum? If not then ill add to my hated list

Uh, I can't really get over the "i did grief for a party some weeks ago" part. In my view and probably many others', anyone who has griefed deserves no respect from anyone, admin or otherwise. It's only natural that people might recognize you. I actually use KStalk exclusively to track people I hate for this very purpose, but that's just an example.

Anyway, yea, private server, his house his rules, etc.

wow , I can't believe this guy is a big lier , please @r0ber7 explain him . I tried to explain him but he is a dog-headed guy . I am a fair guy and I didn't kick/ban or even mute anyone on r0ber's server since I was admin ( a long time ago).
@Beat_Or_Trick , from what I am seeing here it looks like you are completely an immature guy , you are saying I banned you without even being sure of it (and I didn't do it). I won't rage or start flaming here because I am respecting other KAG players and I am not that kind of childish players.

You can't do that lol. Admins owns their servers and THD won't give a damn about admins banning griefing dudes. Why? Because first it'd be wayyyy too hard to handle reports, seconds because the EULA does not handle this, and finally because servers are property of their administrators.

Guards can't be on all 100 servers at a time, if you're seeing nazi symbol retards just votekick them or call a guard on #kag.
