Tunneling and the Emotional Conflicts it Creates

    You're an autists if you think I was just talking about kegs through doors. I'm talking about that structure as a whole. Sure it stops enemies ut they literally need a bomb arrow or keg to get in within seconds

    But the guy he was talking to mentioned backwall, but didn't use it properly. He just placed three solid layers of it instead of extending it. If it was branched out like in my example above it would take a keg.

    sadly a keg will obliterate everything u build, maybe your structure will resist 2-3 kegs before becoming wrecked, but then again the point of the game is to stop the keg bearer either via steel or defensive outposts or maybe really rude maternal innuendos.

    I honestly think special item damage to blocks should be reduced in general. It's spammy as it is, instead of increasing cost they should nerf damage to blocks because special items make this game fun. For bombs: smaller radius, less damage to blocks, better uses for bomb jumping and surpressing enemies instead of just killing a whole group.

    yes for fucks's sake I approve of this, bd 32 eu is a fucking nightmare with the 2 fps in my shitty laptop and the quantic bombs that exist and don't exist simultaneously in the game screen

    I think bomb arrows should do less damage against wood and wooden platforms (maybe just destroy the block it hits and damage the rest?). Gives fire a bit more use and means archers can't just spam them without thinking from their base to mid-point.

    No matter how many kegs your tower can hold. If your tower is the only thing stopping them you will eventually lose. Doing some fancy super expend tower won't win the game for you.

    I think the game goes already was too often towards stalemate. The need to constantly rebuild destroyed structure is WHAT THE GAME IS ABOUT. What is more fun than dropping a keg and watching the whole ennemy tower fall? What is more fun than spamming 5 bomb arrows and open what seemed like an impenetrable flag wall? What is more fun than blasting 4 dudes with a single bomb ;D

    I couldn't agree with you more that that stuff is fun, but it makes the builder class a pain in the ass to play. I think the builder either needs an offendive buff or this game needs to be whoever captures land over time

    IF I ever got my own server being a bitch tunneler woud be a kickable offense.
    Till then making maps that aren't bad will also reduce tunneling.
