    what directory is the game supposed to be in? is the direct c:\KAG ok or does it need to be in a program files folder?
    I doubt something like that would have anything to do with connection issues but I'm kinda out of ideas.

    when it happens to me,i just log out and play the other day/few hours laters.
    works fine then...
    i doubt you will get any good answers from common players tou.
    anyway did you fix it yet or is it still the same?
