KAG [Quality of Life] Game won't start in windows 10

Well, I've updated my system yestarday, and kag won'start :( Here are my system specs. Note: I'm using steam version of the game


Procesor Intel Core i5 4440
Mother Board ASRock Z87 Pro3
Graphic card AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Windows Version Microsoft Windows 10 (10.0) Professional 64-bit (Build 10240)
DirectX Version 12.0
Pleas help me :C I'm so bored right now, that i need to play Mount and Blade Warband ON SINGLEPLAYER :_;

 

Are you sure the graphic drivers are installed/updated/available for W10?
Is an error showing?

 

Have you tried - Verifying game cache integrity (right click kag on steam>properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache), running KAG.exe in compatibility mode with Windows 8-8.1? ( Right click KAG.exe>properties>compatibility>select a version of Windows where KAG was working on with no problems.)

 

Not sure if it will help, but my system is fairly close to yours also running Windows 10 (newly installed with up-to-date drivers). I kept crashing until I set the compatibility mode for KAG.exe to Windows 7 + Run as administrator.

EDIT: Also, I've found with Windows 10 that that checking the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" option helps with resolution issues. A fair few games will not correctly obey the set resolution, and this forces them to. For example, windowed 1024x768 mode in KAG displays as 1280x1024 without this checked for me.

 

Does KAG work again? Tried installing installing VC Redist again like Furai said?

 

As said above, try updating the drivers and installing VC Redist, it works fine for me, and I'm on Windows 10. Another thing you might need to do is check for the actual Windows updates.
