Grabbing Priority

This always happen to me, i light a bomb and attempt to grab my keg but it fails and i explode to pieces.
I'm Thinking that KAG developers should add an option to change the priority of grabbing.

Ex: i would make the priority followed like this, kegs, bombs, mines, corpses, food, etc..

This will make players special for example, someone would prioritize resources to help builders , others will prioritize mines and corpses to get through walls , and prioritize bombs and kegs to protect walls.

Please support the idea and if you don't like it , give a reason . Thanks

 

I think you're just putting those two too close. I usually put my keg 1-2 blocks away from the jump position and grab it just fine, ignoring two lighted bombs.
However, pickup system could use some changes. Like, hovering a cursor not precisely but still above needed item and lighting up the needed one or something.
Because priority of what you want to pick up may vary in game situations. If you just write in code "kegs before bombs" How does the game know if you want to pick up a lit bomb or a lit keg?

 

Standing next to multiple objects, hold down C and move your mouse over the items.

You should almost always want to pick up lit keg before lit bomb, kegs definitely should have priority imo.

Pickup priority has been a longstanding and common complaint, not sure why it hasn't been adressed.

 

What if bomb has little time before exploding, and keg has just been lit?
