I enjoyed it although I'm not an advocate of those Japanese cartoons. Sweet revising!

 

Video has been taken down by PONY CANYON along with other Attack on Titans Opening parody. I've tried to dispute this claim but after 15 minutes someone from PONY CANYON rejected the claim. If I try to dispute it again I may face a copyright strike against my YouTube Channel.

If I am not mistaken, my videos and other people parodies should fall in the Fair Use Act. The content of the videos that were taken down transformed the original content and holds it up to ridicule, which should be protected under fair use. Can anyone clarify this?

 

did they actually take your video down or am i just failing to see sarcasm?

OMG THEY ACTUALLY TOOK IT DOWN... that's literally unbelievable ._.

 

Yeah and they took down other parody videos as well. Just look up on YouTube and you'll see a lot of them are now missing :(

I'm most likely going to delete the video from YouTube because right now PONY CANYON is monetizing the video outside of the United States. The video was ad-free in the first place, it was something I did on my free time and now they want to make money off my work.

I'll find somewhere else to upload it.
