Server: [EU] SURVIVAL V3.1 | MADE BY PIRATE-ROB | BOOKS!

    Mods: BombSatchel_by_Skinney, SuperBeings_v3_1, Survival_Teams_vSB3
(BombSatchel cannot be proven to cause this effect. SuperBeings and SurvivalTeams are custom mods made by Rob, but, again, they do not include any effects that could cause this behavior normally. In SuperBeings, gods are invulnerable, but Bryce was of the regular knight class and was not any custom class)

Accusation: Use of invulnerability cheat. Completely phased through all attacks. In the SuperBeings mod, a god has the ability to shoot waves of energy which will kill any player instantly. Bryce was immune to these attacks as well. In a 2v1 between non-modded classes, he was completely untouched, even after multiple slashes visually touched him. The server was stressed due to the large amount of players and activity, but his attacks registered easily and he wasn't teleporting, which would only make it seem that lag was responsible.

The 2v1 situation was not caught on video, but I did fight him 1v1 with a special class that has more health. Aside from having more health, there is nothing else special to this class. It may also deal more damage, though, from personal experience, this does not seem to be the case.

While not terribly relevant, it is important to note that his only excuse was that his opponents were bad. He did not try to blame the lag, the server, the mods, or anything else.

He contradicted himself numerous times by saying that he wasn't hit on his screen and by saying that he was. This invalidates his claim that he was/wasn't hit. He has no other objective proof that he wasn't hacking.

    Video:

I was unable to capture a video of the first fight, where his invulnerability was most noticeable, but I started up my recording software and managed to capture a second duel. Again, he was a regular knight class with 4 health. The knight class is completely untouched by the mods installed on the server. I was the "paladin" class, which is the same as the knight class but with more health and a different sprite sheet. There are no other differences between the two classes. The paladin class has shown no issues with hit detection before on this server.

I followed Bryce into a US CTF server. I didn't see him doing anything suspicious, but my name was called out quite a fair bit in chat. I tried to stay as concealed as possible, but I highly suspect he noticed me spectating and tried to play normally for that reason. I haven't uploaded my recordings of this because they're long, bland, and nothing really popped up besides some minor conversations in spectator team chat.

Regardless, I'm fairly satisfied with the first recording I took, and, even if he wasn't seen doing anything suspicious afterwards, there's simply too much evidence for his behavior to be natural, and so I think one video is sufficient.

    Screenshots:

Screenshots aren't applicable in this case. The hack can only really be seen in action, so I made a recording and took screenshots of the chatlog to compensate.

    Chatlogs:

I couldn't copy/paste the chatlog, so instead I went through and took screenshots of the important parts. The server was fairly active, and there was also a lot of empty space in-between important exchanges in the chat.

The reason I stated that was because I said it was probably just lag earlier on. I changed my mind once I fought him personally and realized that the entire fight was one-way. Watching a teammate try to fight Bryce afterward only reinforced my suspicions.

    6.png

His only excuses are subjective and have no relevance to his invunlerability; if a knight slashes an enemy, the slash should connect, regardless of the skill level of the knight. Galletto, on regular CTF servers, has shown to be a fairly good knight. On top of that, I'm also quite a good knight. Bryce showed a lack of knowledge about lag compensation (slashed immediately), slash timings (slashed at strange intervals and missed hits because of it), baiting (fell for bait easily and didn't bait attacks very well), shield-climbing (jumping off a wall with a raised shield to ascend one or two more blocks) and other common knight tactics, which leads me to believe that he's not that good, so the claim that we're bad in comparison doesn't hold in my eyes.

He says he went to the quarters to heal, which he did, but he wasn't hit on my screen. The animation of being stunned is client-side, but actually being stunned is server-side. I hit him directly and he wasn't stunned, which means that the server didn't register him being hit, which also means that he wasn't hurt and didn't need to go to the quarters. Thus, it can be proven that he's lying, and that he took no damage.

    4.png

As I said, he wasn't hit on my screen (no matter who slashed/jabbed at him), which means that he wasn't hurt. Even if he was stunned, he wouldn't be able to heal, which means that the double slashes he received should have killed him instantly with zero chance to heal up.

He states, again, that he healed up in the quarters. He went to the quarters to rest, and he rested for a natural length of time, but as stated before, it was completely impossible for him to be hurt.

    5.png

He says that he was never hit, which implies that he didn't take any damage. This is in direct contradiction to his claim that he took damage. He was stunned from jabbing shields, but he wasn't stunned by being slashed. I would suspect this is because he's managed to disable all incoming damage, but the hack doesn't account for being stunned by other means, such as being stomped or jabbing a shield.

    1.png

He says we saw he was hit in the beginning. He cannot back this up, as seeing whether he's stunned or not is client side, but he says that we saw him getting hit, which implies that he saw himself getting hit as well. However, all evidence points toward the fact that he was not hit at all and took no damage. He also said that he was never hit.

Overall, it seems that Bryce does not understand combat mechanics. He's contradicted himself numerous times and does not try to explain why he was invulnerable. His only excuse for why he wasn't hit was because I, and everyone else who fought him, was bad. As I said before at the beginning of this section, that excuse isn't relevant at all to the situation.

    -------

If this was a small incident, I would let it pass as an anomaly, but Bryce has been arrogant about the entire situation and has contradicted himself wildly. This took place on a modded server, but it is, I believe, a coincidence, as this has never happened before on that server or with those mods. The problem was unique to Bryce. All other players could be hit, stunned, and killed with ease.

It would be a waste of time to upload my entire 30-minute US CTF recordings to show it, but I also noticed that he was pausing at strange intervals. He tends to stop in place, sometimes for up to a minute, and usually right after dying or before switching to a combat class. This could, of course, just be him alt-tabbing or opening the steam overlay, but I thought it was noteworthy nonetheless.

I'd love to see more evidence. What I see is not enough for me to decide. Have an eye on him.
