Who owns 'Survive [Z]'?

Apologies if this isn't the right place to post this. Just curious who owns the zombie vs humans server 'Survive [Z]'? Whoever does needs to install a plugin to prevent unbalanced team switching like the juxta ctf server has.

I just played this server for an hour or so and every single round was a joke because folks would just switch to the human team right away. It would be ridiculous to the point of like 9v3, 13v5 etc for several minutes until autobalance kicked in and swapped players or new players joined. Humans already have the advantage being able to protect themselves with shield, etc but now they would have wild numbers advantages too. Whole 20-minute rounds were wasted because zombies were destined to lose from the start. It's a fun game mode, and terribly unfortunate to be ruined by children, but does need some kind of team switching protection so it's not ridiculously unfair.
