What game server should i host next?

Modded Minecraft could be fun, we could try one of the 1.7.10 or 1.10.2 packs. Here are some of my picks:
Direwolf20 (1.10.2) - Contains both tech and magic mods, it's sort of a universal modpack.
ArdentCraft: The Beginning (1.10.2) - A quest-based RPG pack with tech, magic and boss fights. Some of the recipes are harder in it.
Farming Valley (1.10.2) - Harvest Moon / Stardew Valley in Minecraft
Space Astronomy (1.7.10) - Another quest-based pack. It revolves around space travel and GalactiCraft.
Ferret Business (1.7.10) - Somewhat quest-based tech / magic pack. Ideal for those who enjoy building factories and selling the goods to a ferret megacorporation from another dimension.
Infinity (1.7.10) - A universal modpack, but it's quite large. It also has an expert mode which makes the recipes much more complex, but far more rewarding. Great for large teams of players.

Edit:
Curse of Gaia (1.10.2) looks fun. There are seasons, Harvest Festival (a Stardew Valley-like mod) where you can build villages, tech mods (Immersive Engineering, OpenComputers, Mekanism, IndustrialCraft), Pam's Harvestcraft and such (roughly 121 mods)

 

My vote is for infinity, as it has more things for players to do and will appeal to more people, if it's too big/old I vote for direworlf20.

 

i vote for dst (don't starve together) but i don't have it ): but it would be epic.



P.S why would you choose minecraft, minecraft sucks a bit, i mean, i dont hate it, i dont like it either.

I mean it's even written wrong in the poll (discrimination?) and no one noticed it!

I vote for the infinity mod, as the expert mode could be something i like.

I'm going to talk about most of the mod packs that have been mentioned now infinity is old outdated and big but but that doesn't mean it's bad the direwolf20 pack let's you play how you want to it's also big AND (mostly) up to date Tekkit is very old and maienly tech mods and hexxit has a theme of ADVENTURE! (it's also old)

Most people don't know all the mods anyway. There are usually people specialized in certain mods / areas - e.g. IndustrialCraft and Thermal Expansion, Thaumcraft and Witchery, Mekanism, automation, magic, gathering and such.
It's definitely possible to play alone, though.

Majority of the popular mods is also thoroughly documented either on the FTB / mod wiki, or inside an ingame book (Immersive Engineering / Botania).
