Confirmed Script KAG [1865] Catapult Block Phasing

    Build Number: 1865

    Description: If you place a catapult right against a wall with blocks when you get out you can warp to the top of said wall, no matter how thick it is. And if the wall leading up is one block thick, you can phase through that.

    Steps to reproduce: 1. Join server
    2. Spawn in a cata
    3. Encase in blocks
    4. Thicken the side that the seat is on, and the top.
    5. Sit in seat
    6. Jump out of the seat (Note, depending on which way you're facing and which direction you're holding the glitch will occur differently. To go up I had to hold W and A, while holding nothing made me just fall out.)

    Comments: I can see this being ripe for abuse if people mastered it and were skilled with builder but it'd be insanely situational.

    I fixed the ability to sit in sieges through blocks in this PR, but phasing through blocks when getting out is still an issue
