Devlog KAG Build 2910 - April's accolades, Japanese translation, Map & mapcycle fixes

Hey gals and lads,

Sorry for so long time without any build. Especially people that were waiting for their fancy custom heads.

So, straight to the point.

Summary of changes:

• April's accolades were added by Bunnie.
• Fixes to maps and mapcycles thanks to Ni/Biurza/Mazey
• New Japanese translation thanks to kinokino7.
• More custom Patreon heads.
• Admins should see other admins' moderation accolade and name colour.
