    Hey folks! Been a bit more of a delay on this one as some bigger changes went into testing and had to come out again due to issues. Sorry for the delay on getting patreon heads, accolades and some important balance things through to release!

    Without further ado, here's the changes:

    The big thing in terms of balance this build is a limit of 1 quarry per team. This is in response to the more competitive side of the game finding ways to really streamline quarry production and use it to stall out games. For servers who want that kind of thing, it's quite an easy change to revert.

    There are also improvements to the f6 "video recording" mode for streamers and folks recording for youtube. This provides a cleaner no-gui experience for when you want a good screenshot or video capture.

    The cursor is still visible, the spectator camera works again, going into menus will disable it all properly, and for modders, render hooks are still called (so you can decide manually what to disable).
    Thanks to Epsilon for his work on this!

    Quite a few minor fixes also made it in, and the main menu "minor function" buttons recieved a small facelift + reorganisation, as adding a button for the server rules pushed everything over too far.

  4. I kind of like how easy it was to get stone mats before, but I digress, the epic 8-block thick stone walls is too much for pub.

    How does one, though, enable multiple Quarries per team on a server..?

    Quarry limit: details in this commit - ie cost_quarry_count in CTFCosts.cfg should do it

    Stupidest balance explanation ive ever seen. "competitive" kag has always modified features(in the situation of quarries outright remove them on eu) so justifying a balance change for competitive stuff is low iq. Cant complain enough considering quarry has been broken since it was introduced. Cant fathom how limiting something broken to "only 1" makes it balanced. Just an excuse to push through the laziest balance fix. A real discussion should be had on how to make quarries viable for what their original purpose was allegedly for(converting wood to stone and stone to gold to help out in endgame), but that probably wont happen because of the democracy and parliament memes kag is going for.

    naw I think he meant, in pub games, the tryhards/minecrafters could make ridiculous structures and get ridiculous money, making games take forever. has nothing to do with private competitive games.

    Limiting the team's number of a certain workshop is a little weird, seems simple (or "lazy" in your words) but I mean, if that's what works then it's fine. There's nothing inherently wrong with simplicity. The change limits the amount of stone a team can crank out. If you have a better idea and know someone who'd be willing to do the coding to make it happen then let's hear it, but until then, this is better than nothing.

    To describe that as "competitive" side is even stupider then considering new players understood and used quarry meta(they just didn't use the stone properly they built traps and shiz). Those tryharders can still get ridiculous money it's just slightly capped(no one ever really had more than 2 quarries for quarry meta). Still a very bad justification because "good players are good with it" is not a reason to limit workshops. It also is not the actual problem because quarry whether you have 1 or 3 are broken its a relatively cheap wood to stone conversion for coinfarm. Instead of should be a more expensive wood to stone and stone to wood conversion. Not just "you can only have one" broken quarry.
    development at its finest. Throw in some cancerous quarries then say "well we limited it to 1 if you have a better idea or can get it coded then do that". Democracy/parliament was just a meme to take responsibility from the people forcing crap content out

    You're making it sound like a giant conspiracy damn, the limit to one quarry. Whether with the amount of coins you make now or if that's somehow "nerfed" it's still gonna be used effectively, no matter if it's a newbie or an oldG oldfag. At the end of the day you make a way for it to work and you find a way to work around it in-game, everything has a weakness soooooo find it and use it. Boom 400IQ plays

    No i dont think its a giant conspiracy I think its a giant incompetancery(just created a new word just 4 u). In all seriousness, limiting something that's broken doesn't make it not broken. You have kag players fighting about democracy, wanting a parliament( lol like thatd help) and people actually spam pinging github threads on discord to get what they want with the pretense of democracy. It's all a clusterfuck not a conspiracy.
