Windows [Solved] How to enable console on windows 8.1

i tried on opening the console on sandbox but it did not work and some guide on other sites said "click home button to open console" but it did not work for me. because when i try to click my home button it goes to START and if i go back to KAG i see no console please help

You can change keybind in autoconfig.cfg file located in your game folder, you need to find variable c_key in there and change keycode to a diferent number. It worked! Thank you very much for the help guys it worked for me i change the keycode in the autoconfig to 123 and now i can use f12 to open the console.
