Hello i bought the game and used the code but i never have the gold colour name in game

    Also my head only change after i die once(so the first life every match i have the standard head).

    And i tend to get kicked out from the premium server after my first death even though i have decent ping.
    Got any idea on what i could do to fix it?

    The fact that you can change your head proves your premium account is activated (and don't worry, heads always take a respawn before changing). On the other hand, that doesn't explain why your name isn't golden. Have you tried different servers? Oh and what's your OS?

    The heads not changing until death is a known issue; happens to everyone.

    I've seen people names go randomly to reg. then back to gold. Was just a bug and the next day it was fixed. If it doesn't fix itself try redownloading the game
