No, this is not mod. Rather say a ''configuration'' than mod.

 

Maybe but any nonstandard gametype (there is created new game type) is modification (blocked classes etc. alpha version is too much buggy for more :/ ). Nobody wrote here how to do it. Maybe later I'll post here how to do it (many gametypes, many configurations for any change 'next map' on the server). ;)

It isn't a first game mode. Every game mode described at the forum has been hosted at least once. Servers with custom game modes that I know they are being hosted right now:
-Noburu's RCTF
-Phoenix Force's RCTF
-AOE's TDM
-Rayne's Attack/Deffence
Please, before you post some bullshit, at least manage to read the forum.
