how do i play a sprite in gme

    I made a sprite and put it in the sprite folder but dident come up in the hat list?
    what do I do?

    Check if your image is in .png
    If it's in another format, the game will just not display them.

    I don't understand what your saying.. you mean how to check if it's a .png ? Right-click on it.

    ok say I just made it from paint and putting it to the sprite folder what do i do next.

    Save it as a png in the system you made the hat.
    ALSO you have to edit the helm you made into the Hats.png or you wont be doing yourself a favor.
    You replace it with the old one.
    Like if its hats.png, you replace YOUR hats.png with the one in the folder.

    Ohh, paint don't manages transparacy of a image. Get Paint.net and re-try.

    Edit: or Gimp.

    ok I did it in paint.net and then what do i do I am a learner at this stuff right now so I really need good help.

    Again, you don't have the transparacy.
    1. Open the MaleHeads.png in KAG.
    2. Do your head over one already there.
    3. Save this as .png and put them in KAG/Bases/Sprites

    Try using GIMP.
    Microsoft paint doesn't have transparency.(as the one above said)

    I tested to do for you but your hat is too much big, the line above his head goes too far.. You have a black point of the second hat.
