Full Version?

On the official Webside stand that the full version comes out at the end of February.
Dont think i hate the Team or something, i know its a realy hard work to broduct a game, but it would be nice if i/we know when the Game is released.
Its would be also nice if any Admin say anything about the release.
Sry for my bad english *shrug*

 

Er, I can't see anywhere on the premium upgrade page about the full game anything about February release. The zombies update was hopefully gonna be finished by then but it was only an estimate, we have alot of the single player stuff now, and alot of premium servers have much of the zombie content modded in, that'll tide me over for a bit personally anyway.

 

Stop being a stinge and buy the game NOW!

The game is currently in alpha stage.What that means varies, but here is the general meaning.

The game is in ongoing development and the 'true' full version is a long ways away. The game has to leave alpha, enter beta, and then get to 1.0 which will be the 'true' full release.

If you find English hard, you can PM me and talk your native language if you wish. I know some of the major world languages.

 

I'd rather their target for what they deemed the full release was a good while after that. Don't want the dev team catching minecraft syndrome and deciding that a dull release is gonna be 6 months away whatever happens, and that a fucking glorified dog is enough content to signify a major release step. Pretty happy with the more qualative approach of things been done when they're done.

 

Your right, and from the delays from QC and testing to make sure its not a bag of shit to play I dont think theres any thing to worry about!

Well, Zombie update's out so i guess for now, you can call that the "Full Version".

as stated in the introduction in the top of the forum the full release is yet about to come. The update we got contains Zombie Fortress. This is a "snapshot" of what is yet about to come with the full release. The game is based on multiplayer, that is why AI of immigrants is not fully developed. And look at the improvement of physics! The developers are focusing on creation of multiplayer containing the zombies that we are so hungry for. The release date was not 100% as it is clear from its own description "the end of February". And the fact that You can still get the full version for 10 dolars (2 pints in england) and You already get an ultimate gameplay, that is something that does not happen with games like Half-life 2 or Duke Nukem Forever. Did Valve released anything like that when they were working on their games? No, they sold us HL1, which was a core for originally planned HL2 which was supposed to be HL1, but because lack of money, they decided to sell what they had for full price like game on its own.
In other words, there are many people working in IT and as far as consumer I can say that I am happy and as someone stated before I would like to say to the team : Shut up and take my money!

1. There was no definite release date because that would be lead to whining when it's not there in time.
2. It's done when it's done.
