Citizens in the southern Canadian Prairies and some northern States experienced lower gravity today.

At roughly 10:25am Mountain Time, a large asteroid passed between the moon and the Earth. The affected area was the southern mid part of Canada and mid northern States. Due to how gravitational fields work, with the large asteroid passing between the other 2 large celestial bodies produced a push/pull effect. Much like a ripple, for a few minutes people in this area experienced lower gravity as the Earth reacted to the phenomenon. After the asteroid passed, gravity was normal again. Although the asteroid was large, it was near impossible to see with the naked eye during daylight.

People who were closest to the epicenter experienced far more weightlessness than people on the edges such as those in the states. The majority were only a few pounds lighter and most likely wouldn't notice it. The people in the epicenter would have noticed it. There was even a report of a lady going hysterical when she thought she had accidentally swallowed a chemical of some sort as she suddenly felt "light as a feather" and her cat that she shooed of her kitchen table seemed to slowly float down to the floor.

Epic. One of my dreams is to experience low or zero gravity.
Don't look at this the wrong way, but I hope that a lot more asteroids visit earth. ;)

 

I'm not sure what think. This sounds a bit nutty.
