    The error mentioned above is unrelated to the one I am experiencing. Is there anything I could be doing to resolve my error?

    Yeah, yours is a different error and is indicative of some kind of weird filtering issue on your end or something. Do you have antivirus network/internet security software installed on those computers? Is it the same software on each?

    If so, please try KAG with those disabled and see what happens. If it fixes it, please be sure to post here with what software you have and disabled.

    edit: please also attach a console log from the Logs/ folder
