Bacon Builder Brawl

Hello all,

On behalf of myself and other Bacons I'd like to welcome you to Bacon Builder Brawl! This server (located in Charlotte, North Carolina) is dedicated to a game mode designed with the aim to bring builders into more of the deadly action. When you spawn on this server there is no tent to coddle you and give you nice armor and ranged attacks. Instead you must brawl to the death while racing to kill or mine to the 35 gold necessary for an Armory or Archer Barracks to improve your ranks and increase the bloodshed. Its a brand new server and I'd like you all to tell me what you think about it.

sounds nice, do you spawn with enough arrows when archer?

 

right now giving arrows to someone for free seems to be impossible unless they are becoming archer on spawn, from tent, or from outpost. Sorry. I've talked to some people about this and hopefully I'll be able to do something about it soon.

One other little thing i forgot to mention - right now building armory and archer barracks costs 80 stone, 50 wood, 35 gold and 50 stone, 80 wood, 35 gold respectively, and after these are built it costs 25 coins and 2 gold to change to either knight or archer (builder is free).

I think this might help to encourage more builder brawling, but I'm willing to consider alternatives if it could be more fun.

update! ive edited the previous posts to accurately portray the new change to give everyone 1 gold on spawn as well as the subsequent increase in gold prices. Super kegs, light kegs, and bouncing kegs now work (thanks Rayne and Kouji) so come on the server and check em out.
