Game wont start

    I select, play kag and it comed up with the black dos screen.

    After showing this, it asks if i want to send an error report. what can i do? please help?

    I had the same problem after the update, all I did was reinstalled kag and it worked.

    I'm having a similar problem. I already tried reinstalling multiple times, and using "Run as..." Administrator.

    This is a failure in video initialization. Most likely something is not working with your video drivers and KAG.
    People had this error and fixed it by updating their video card drivers.

    You can also check if you can bypass the launcher by running KAG with a parameter from command line or windows shortcut:
