        Yes, because the time to charge a full shot is retarded.
        There should be more drawtime, but with less charging so that we have the same charge time as before, I could do that myself, but I'm lazy so i just reverted.
        That's my opinion anyway, it's almost impossible to be a really effective archer at range now.
