Hey you can use this handy dandy in-game feature "ignore" to filter our their text chat, so you don't have to listen to them. If you have a lot of evidence you may be able to get Furai to mark them as an "abuser" by reporting here https://forum.kag2d.com/forums/reports-for-abusive-players-cheaters.59/

We are not interested in maintaining alpha KAG at this point in time (this may change in the future), and you would be better off directing your attention to beta where you can sync images and sounds to clients and there is much larger population.
