You can download this gamemode over at github.
Server hosting instructions:
- Install Juxta++
- Extract the archive of the gamemode inside your KAG server directory
- Launch the server with Juxta++
- Join the server, and type in the chat the following command: /loadmap latest
- (optional) Wait for the map to finish loading, then type /reload to fix monsters spawns
