I modded in some of the old items (specifically the raft, mounted bow and the outpost) and it also includes my cobble mod (Which was inspired by kilmanio).
It only works with TTH, as the workbench is in that gamemode only.

To install the mod into your server, download the .zip file and extract it into the KAG/Mods folder.
Then go into a file named mods.cfg using your favorite text editor.
Add a line called Items+.
VOILA! YOU'RE DONE!
