Allows loading rules inside the Mods folder

    Original mod by Norill. I enhanced it a bit.
    Unzip to your Mods folder and enable at mods.cfg.

    Place your mod gamemode.cfg (rules) either at:
    Mods/YourMod/Rules/gamemode.cfg
    or
    Mods/YourMod/Rules/YourMod/gamemode.cfg

    Inside autoconfig.cfg, set sv_gamemode to YourMod

    If you're having trouble getting it to work, check the server console. This prints some status messages like: "::::Looking for MOD Rules"
