    Windows Ping jumps around 30 units constantly

    The ping is calculated in ticks. a tick is 33ms so if your ping is between 2 and 3 ticks it will keep jumping between 66 and 100 :)

    That message should go away after a like 30 seconds. You could try searching for KAG in your task manager and close it if it's still running.
