[1236] Draw breaks TDM

    OS: Ubuntu 14.04
    Build: 1236
    Description: When the last two players die simultaneously, the next map does not load.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1.Play TDM with two players.
    2.Kill each other at the same time ie; archer shooting each other, knight killing archer whilst getting shot, death by bomb.

    I've seen this occur in-game on Windows as well. You have to next map it.
