Description: Trees that are growing underground, and press up above ground into the daylight, sometimes have black leaves. This seems to occur when it is planted underground, has stone back-wall put in behind it, and eventually sealed at the top with stone. The tree appears to ignore the roof and continues growing past it up to the surface; however, daylight has no effect on it even when it looks like it is above ground and remains black unless the player stands directly on, or next to, the tree's trunk. Not sure if this is an issue of the tree's sprite extending past its boundaries, light effects not working properly, or some sort of clipping error.

    Steps to reproduce:
    Self-explanatory

As far as I know the main part of the tree is underground which means the texture must be dark. Since the tree is one texture it means that the above part also becomes black.
