    If you know how to use terminal in mac, cd into where your KAG executable lies and run it with this line:
    Code:
    ./KAG nolauncher
    I think there should be as well nolauncher.sh in the main KAG folder. You might want to try that instead. It'll do the same as the command above.

    Note: KAG.app can be opened like any other folder.

    i tried, but no result, all it does is that it opens Sublime Text 2, nothing else.
    Does it have to do with the fact of me having multiple KAG copies?

    Also, i tried to run the KAG executable file, and checked the terminal, and i found this

    Last login: Wed Feb 3 16:10:25 on ttys000
    /Users/prdtesting/Desktop/KAG.app/Contents/MacOS/KAG ; exit;
    prd-testings-MacBook:~ prdtesting$ /Users/prdtesting/Desktop/KAG.app/Contents/MacOS/KAG ; exit;
    Illegal instruction
    logout

    Don't mean to necro, but I have the same issue here, and haven't been able to run KAG since the last build. Unfortunately, none of the posted solutions have affected the situation.

    Might this have something to do with our Mac OS? I am running 10.8.5 on a mid-2009 Macbook Pro. Is the recent build (and future builds) only supported on a newer OS (i.e. Mavericks / Yosemite / El Capitan)?

    Also, apologies for asking the same question in a couple of threads, but it has been a sad trio of months without KAG...

    Yeah, it's totally fine to keep asking, I had actually hoped it had been resolved due to lack of new post.

    Supposedly, we should be getting a new KAG build at the beginning of this week and that might have fix for this the issue. However, I don't have the info of bug fixes and additions that will be included in this build. I've seen that you contributed to this other thread as well but I also haven't heard anything back from the devs besides the prior announcement. Unfortunately, I honestly don't have an clear answer to your question as I'm in the same situation as you, just waiting for a solution.

    Just an update for the sake of testing: I can confirm on my end that the new build (1796) has not visibly affected the situation.
