[1865] Broken Trapblocks on US

    Description: Trapblocks can no longer be built on US Offical CTF. Next mapping does not fix it.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1.) Join US CTF
    2.) Attempt to build a trapblock
    3.) Be slightly happy/sad that nobody can build them
    ​
