2 problems

Hi all.

I have 2 problems. I bought the game via mobile payment. I got a 18 characters long code. But i cant use that code on my account. Should i use that code somewhere else?
Second problem is that i cant install this game properly. I cant seem to download the file, base/juxta.dll, does someone knows how to fix this?

Hi 0ever1,

You may be typing the code in wrong. When you have put in the code you have recieved via mobie, just double check before you click 'activate'. If this still doesn't work - contact THD by sending an email about to your problem through to this email address:
support@thd.vg
Your second problem is very simple - uninstall kag altogether. Then check through your computer to see if you have the correct requirements to run it. If you do - just re-install the game and check if it's working.

If it doesn't, report back to this thread.

 

Both the problems still excist. I contacted THD and Zong about it. THD says I need to contact Zong. But Zong says they haven't got their money. But the messages on my phone say I bought the game and the money is paid.
My system has the correct requirements to run the game. The game will start the first time (can't join multiplayer though (no servers visible)). But the second time I want to start the game I get an error and the game crashes.

I hope someone can help me with this!



Edit: Zong finally said I have paid for the game. Now what? I still didn't receive a code or something.
