[2027] Spikers can be picked up and moved

    Description:
    Spikers can be picked up and placed down elsewhere with any class, can also be "thrown" with differing behaviour depending on the environment its in. Nothing happens if there is little or no backwall, but with more it can either disappear or act as if its being placed.
    Steps to reproduce:
    Enter sandbox, place a Spiker, press C to pick it up. In my sandbox testing it only worked from above, but in multiplayer where it was first encountered it any direction seemed to work. Place it down anywhere supported with left click, works with any class. If you build a section of backwall big enough, you can press C again while holding it and it will disappear or get placed.
