This is a very generic tower which I came up with to enhance my reportoire of both buildings that go high up vertically and stuff that I can make out of stone only. I often find myself with way more stone than wood in the midst of battle (except my team is going for a very cata-centered approach) and stone is rather limited in its use. The only thing you build with stone alone is castle wall and castle backwall, so here:

The first one shows two different versions of this. The left one is the lower tier version that is even easier to take down than the higher tier version. These are basically just to get high ground quick. Think of them as ladders made of stone. With very little practice you can build these in less than a minute. They are not very cost intensive (for such a structure) and they still give slight advantage to your team if done right. In this case the enemy would come from the left. The way it is setup is that falling (or even jumping) down from this specific height won't hurt you on impact, just a brief stun. The longer edge on top is on the enmy side, giving your team a slight advantage.
Like I said before think of it as stone ladders. Relatively easy to take down but the point is that it doesn't require any wood at all.

The right version is a upgraded "tier 2" version of this tower. The gaps got partly filled (this is again REALLY easy to do as you can simply slide down and jump up again and basically fill all the holes partially). This makes the tower much more steadfast, but it depends on what you want to do with it. I put some acavado spikes on top and one of my archer modules.

I hope you like it, here are some specs:

    height: 13 blocks
    stone used: 212 (thin)/294 (thick)

Somewhat related, the most minimal way of building a two way stone "ladder". I actually combined it with a linepiece to make it only team-accessible. Again the height is important. I would not build it higher than 14 blocks since thats the height where you can drop down without damaging yourself. It is also sort of a guide how to build needle-towers quickly. Put castle back wall up and then just jump and aim below yourself. Works faster than doing it with switching around all the time.

Seems a little too easy to collapse. Tier 2 is better, but a support behind the front lines would work best.

Yup, its not hard to collapse it. But thats maybe not so bad seeing as its two way -> your team can easily collapse it aswell if it falls into enemy hands. I simply often find myself in a situation where I got lots of stone but NOT EVEN ONE wood and we desperately need to get up somewhere. Its pretty limited in use. Also nothing stops you from adding additional walls on your side to make it more steadfast :).

Well...Adding doors from the other side will make it enemy-proof,so why not?I'll try it out.

Also, second tower should be strengthed with middle stone blockl, like in OP or it will be easy target for demolitionist-knight

Edit : Mr.Wyeth! Your town can be modified to make an excellent rage inducing thingy!
    We had a huge team,mainky derpknights."Build Workshop!Build Workshop noob!Build quarters!Build quarters idiot!" Grr.

Well, here's the way to tell your fellow derpknights how much you love them.
*I freed them 10 seconds after taking screenshot.Ah, ze feeling of satisfaction...

Works only when you run "<------" .So,basically it is griefing tool against red team OR blue team trap against red team.

Eh I hate the asymetrical stuff, there is a lot of things like this, there is even a way of making people invincible using this trick while they can still attack normally. I am not going to post it, but I hate that some things only work in one direction for no reason.
