    Category: KAG Client

    OS: Windows 10

    Build number: 2248

Description: When attempting to take a screenshot in fullscreen mode by pressing F4, the game instantly crashes. Windows displays a text box saying "KAG.exe has stopped working". There is a Debug option. When clicking this a message is displayed saying "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in KAG.exe [7340]. There is also an option to debug with a suitable debugger however I don't have one installed.

    Steps to reproduce:
    • Start KAG in fullscreen mode
    • Press F4 to take a screenshot
    • Game crashes

Do you run the game through Steam? Does this happen on a fresh KAG setup?
I think you can generate some useful info for the devs with the built-in bug reporter, but i don't know if they still give a look at it.

I don't run through steam. Yeah it still happens on a fresh setup.
Maybe I will use the bug reporter if a dev asks for it. Although if no-one else is having the issue then I can see that it's not high priority.
