    My first attempt at designing a tower any thoughts, flaws or improvements would be very much appreciated.

    OK:
    The main spike trap is pretty bad, the trap bridges with the spikes on it will not hurt the enemy, as the bridge will retract and the spikes will float. It can only hurt your team.
    Not the best archer nest.
    I'll upload my idea of how it should be.

    The main part of the tower is the body, the overhang/archer nest is the beak and the front spike pit is the feet.

    the only thing is the spike pit:
    delete the doors, and its perfect.
    believe me, the spikes will kill anyone trying to get out of it.

    It looks quite resource heavy and to me it doesn't really have it's own style.
    Oh, and a building I have been building; This is the original penguin building, even ask Bunnyboy or CoD I made this one ages ago.
    Make sure you look at the mini-map. ;)

    That looks like a chicken. Added build number for you too.

    The archer perch is fine, and I really like the layout because its easy to use even if it is resource heavy. Now, thin some places, remove spike pit inside (as it could only hurt your team really), and see if you can get the same effect with less resources.

    The updated version is better, yet try and think of something to put in the hole where the pit was, maybe the outpost.
