A single source of forum rules. A Help Menu that Helps (!)

    You've all seen it, it takes a whole third of the topmost menu, yet I bet no more than a handful of you have actually clicked on it - let alone read its contents.

    The proposal is simple; make that Help menu into something useful and collect otherwise scattered Rules and Guidelines pertaining to the forum in there - renaming from "Help" to "Rules" or something relevant along the way. What say you?

    [edit] Shad ninja'ed forum rules a few minutes after posting this @ http://kagforum.com/index.php?pages/rules/ , so basically i'm suggesting they be moved to the Help menu.

    Yeah I can't do more than I did already so this will have to wait till citric is doing work on the forums.
