    Heads up - every time there's a build update, I lose my status. Gold/Guard, whatever. It's gone every time.

    Read the Dev log or MM's twitter. The authentication servers were overwhelmed by the huge influx of new players and they had to shut them down for a bit. No one had premium/guard status today.
